Job Description**TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST – PART-TIME FLEX COVERAGE**
A growing organization in Midlothian is seeking a **Temporary Receptionist** to provide **front desk and administrative support** for an estimated **1–2 month assignment**. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a professional office environment and is looking for a **flexible, part-time schedule**.
The assignment will begin on **Thursday, 4/9 with a full-day training/coverage shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)**. Following onboarding, the schedule will primarily be **Thursdays and Fridays from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM**, with occasional full-day coverage needed based on staffing or operational needs. Flexibility is strongly preferred.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
* Answer and route incoming phone calls
* Provide general administrative and clerical support
* Assist with filing, scheduling, and basic office coordination
* Support front desk coverage needs as required
### **Ideal Candidate:**
* Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Dependable, professional, and adaptable
* Comfortable working independently at a front desk
