Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Providing Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services within a K-12 school setting, this full-time role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development. The position is itinerant, covering two school sites and serves a diverse caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students across grades K-12
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student progress
- Maintain detailed records and reports in compliance with school policies
- Travel between two school sites as part of the itinerant service model
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff
- Ability to manage time efficiently while serving multiple locations
