The Company
Post-revenue Series A enterprise AI platform already in deployment at Tier 1 Private Equity.
The platform automates the workflows institutional finance teams run every day: diligence packs memo-ready in hours with every figure cited to source, KYC and onboarding handled end-to-end, NAV breaks and P&L attribution on a reporting schedule without analyst intervention. All of it inside the client's own perimeter — nothing leaving the VPC.
12 person team, West Coast headquartered, alumni of Apple AI, Microsoft Research, Google, Stripe, and Ramp.
The Role
You will own a full Financial Services vertical end-to-end — the operator and architect of how this platform gets deployed, adopted, and expanded inside institutional finance. Pilot to production to land-and-expand. You will act as the founder of your vertical.
- Own a full vertical inside institutional finance — PE, asset management, banking, or hedge funds
- Identify high-value workflows and design how the platform solves them
- Use your existing network to land deployments and expand across organisations
- Work directly with clients to map their operations into concrete deployment plans
- Partner with engineering to turn frontline learnings into product requirements
- Build the GTM foundation for your vertical — playbooks, hiring, scale
Who We're Looking For
You have lived the AI deployment problem from inside an institutional financial services firm and now want to own the category vendor-side. You likely come from one of two places:
- An internal AI leader who has owned AI strategy, transformation, or deployment at a bank, asset manager, hedge fund, or PE firm — and now wants to build the product instead of buy it.
- Or a forward-deployed enterprise operator— with direct experience deploying into institutional financial services.
- 5+ years' experience with a minimum of 2 years directly employed at an institutional financial services firm with firsthand AI deployment ownership.

Fixed salary ranges from $180 000 to $280 000 with competitive Bonus, Commission and Equity.
