Key Responsibilities:

Retrieve and download approximately 6,000 employee documents from Dayforce.

Accurately save and upload files into PeopleSoft.

Identify and verify employee I-9s, names, and IDs to ensure data integrity.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive HR documents.
Qualifications:
-
Experience in data entry, administrative/office work, or records management.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Comfortable working with HR systems and handling confidential information.

Proven track record of reliability and performance.
Job Details:

Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation: $20-21/hr.

Employment Type: two month temporary project
