BendTec, LLC has an exciting opportunity available for a Quality Assurance Clerk to be an integral part of our Fabrication team. Responsibilities: The Quality Assurance Clerk is responsible for the accumulation, copying, filing, and submission of accurate and complete job files & drawings to customers and BendTec file storage system.
Essential Functions:
- Sort and distribute internal and external project communications.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Retrieve, print and file documentation related to specific projects.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance.
- Review project documents for accuracy, scan and submit completed job files.
- Distribute, control and maintain records of quality, engineering, welding & manufacture procedure manuals.
What You'll Need:
- Education required: a high school diploma or a GED.
- Experience: no experience is required.
- Experience preferred: 2-3 years related experiance.
- Computer experience in Word, Access, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with document control and filing systems.
- Technical aptitude, analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using internet & FTP sites (File Transfer Protocol).
