CDL Grapple Truck Operator

Were a locally trusted company led by an ISA Certified Arborist, and were looking for a CDL B Grapple Truck Operator who values safety, teamwork, and doing quality work the right way.

What Youll Do:
- Operate a grapple truck to safely load, haul, and unload tree debris from residential and commercial sites.
- Keep job sites organized and support the tree crew as needed.
- Perform daily inspections and light maintenance on your truck and equipment.
- Follow all DOT and company safety standards every time you roll out.
- Communicate clearly with your team and help keep projects running smoothly.
What You Bring:
- Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating a grapple truck or similar heavy equipment.
- Background in tree service, landscaping, or construction preferred.
- Strong understanding of safe loading, hauling, and DOT compliance.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs.
