Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, scan, and organize documents to maintain accurate records during busy periods.
- Perform a variety of general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
- Efficiently utilize Microsoft Office applications and standard office equipment to complete assignments.
- Manage incoming phone calls, providing professional receptionist support as needed.
- Maintain a well-organized workspace and assist with document filing and data entry.
- Stand for extended periods to complete scanning and other physical office tasks as required.
