Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations on a contract basis. The successful candidate will provide critical administrative assistance, especially during high-volume periods such as tax season. This role requires proficiency with office technology, an ability to manage competing priorities, and a strong commitment to efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort, scan, and organize documents to maintain accurate records during busy periods.
  • Perform a variety of general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Efficiently utilize Microsoft Office applications and standard office equipment to complete assignments.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, providing professional receptionist support as needed.
  • Maintain a well-organized workspace and assist with document filing and data entry.
  • Stand for extended periods to complete scanning and other physical office tasks as required.

• Previous experience in a corporate or detail-oriented office setting.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable standing for long periods when completing scanning or similar tasks.
• Strong communication skills for answering calls and interacting with clients or colleagues.
