Tax Manager (Hybrid) – Tampa, FL
$130,000 – $150,000 Base + Bonus

As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add a Tax Manager to our team who is ready to take on a visible, leadership-oriented role within the firm.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and review tax engagements across a diverse client base, including S-Corporations, Partnerships, and High-Net-Worth Individuals
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships
- Work closely with partners on tax planning, advisory, and strategic initiatives
- Lead and mentor staff and seniors, supporting their technical and professional growth
- Play an active role in maintaining and strengthening our firm’s reputation in the Tampa market
What We’re Looking For
- CPA license required
- Current or recent public accounting experience within a CPA firm is required
- 5–8+ years of tax experience with a strong generalist background
- Experience reviewing returns and managing client relationships
- A collaborative mindset and interest in developing others

Compensation & Benefits
- $130,000 – $150,000 base salary + performance bonus
