We are part of a well-established and rapidly growing primary care organization dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered healthcare to communities across Texas. With several modern facilities across the San Antonio area, including newly opened clinics in North San Antonio, the organization provides a supportive and professional environment for both experienced providers and new graduates.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic and expanding outpatient practice in San Antonio, TX.

This full-time, permanent position offers a traditional Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, no hospital rounding, and no call. The role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients, with the option to see all age groups if preferred.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.

  • Conduct annual wellness exams, including women’s health visits, as part of a holistic care approach.

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common medical conditions in an outpatient setting.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the electronic health record (EHR – eClinicalWorks).

  • Promote health education and preventive care to support long-term patient wellness.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP).

  • Licensure & Certification: Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner license in Texas; national certification required.

  • Experience: Prior outpatient or primary care experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Language: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
