Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent credential
- Previous experience in a school setting is appreciated but not required
- Enthusiasm for working with children from Kindergarten through 8th grade
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical therapy services to students based on their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ therapy needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to support students’ progress in the classroom
- Maintain clear and compliant documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and help design interventions that foster student independence and mobility
- Educate staff and families on how to incorporate therapeutic strategies into daily routines
