Rick Albrecht – State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated and licensed insurance sales professional to join our award-winning team. This position is for a local candidate only and requires working on-site in American Fork, UT.
This role is ideal for a licensed Insurance Agent, Insurance Sales Representative, or Insurance Customer Service Representative looking for a career-focused opportunity in a local office environment. Position Overview
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional, you will:

Build and maintain relationships with clients

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products

Schedule appointments and follow up on leads

Provide prompt, accurate service on policy changes, claims, billing, and inquiries

Meet sales goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary plus commission/bonus: $40,000–$85,000 total earning potential

Paid Time Off (vacation and sick days) after one year

Required Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license

Active Life & Health license

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
