Rick Albrecht – State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated and licensed insurance sales professional to join our award-winning team. This position is for a local candidate only and requires working on-site in American Fork, UT.

This role is ideal for a licensed Insurance Agent, Insurance Sales Representative, or Insurance Customer Service Representative looking for a career-focused opportunity in a local office environment. Position Overview

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products

• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads

• Provide prompt, accurate service on policy changes, claims, billing, and inquiries

• Meet sales goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary plus commission/bonus: $40,000–$85,000 total earning potential

• Paid Time Off (vacation and sick days) after one year

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license

• Active Life & Health license

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
