Your Role
As a Mortgage Loan Officer with us, you will be instrumental in driving client acquisition and loan origination, focusing primarily on purchase loans and building referral relationships:
- Develop and nurture relationships with Realtors and referral partners
- Educate homebuyers on mortgage options and guide them through the loan process
- Manage loan pipelines from origination through closing
- Leverage our CRM, marketing tools, and resources to expand your business
- Collaborate with in-house processing to ensure efficient loan delivery
- Ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations
This role emphasizes purchase-focused production, with refinances as a secondary component, but top performers in any channel are welcome.
What We Offer
Compensation & Earnings
- Competitive 100% commission W-2 structure
- Typical earnings range from $55,000–$200,000+, depending on production and referrals

Qualifications
- Current and active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License (required)
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer preferred, with an ideal background in Realtor referral generation, purchase origination, and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and business-development oriented
- Comfortable working remotely with optional access to office space as needed
