At North Auburn Rehabilitation and Health Center, we are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of practice.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure residents receive comprehensive and person-centered care.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.

Accurately document assessments, care provided, and changes in resident condition.

Support and mentor CNAs and other care staff to promote teamwork and quality care delivery.
Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Current CPR certification.

Ability to pass a background check.

Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Ability to adapt and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
