Position Overview
The Roofing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring high quality and timely delivery. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with teams, and maintaining client relationships to drive project success and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals to clients, addressing their needs and expectations.
- Lead project meetings and maintain open communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in sales efforts by providing technical expertise and support during the bidding process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in roofing project management, with a strong understanding of commercial roofing systems.
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in estimating costs and preparing project bids.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
