Seeking part-time Customer Service Representative, to answer phones, reply to emails, help walk-in guests (as needed), and assist the manager in daily tasks.
Applicant should be friendly, customer service focused, organized, and eager to help the manager complete tasks and follow up as needed.
Must be able to read and speak English clearly, know how to type, and have a basic understanding of how to use email programs and MS Office Software.
In addition to reliable transportation and the ability to work 10 to 3:00 pm daily an understanding of how to navigate & utilize social media programs would also be helpful.
