Job Title: Associate – SCM Logistics (Supply Chain / Warehouse)
Client: Mayo Clinic
Location: 200 First St SW, Rochester, MN 55905
Duration: Contract (May 2026 – Oct 2026)
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hr (W2)
Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Job Summary:
We are hiring an Associate – SCM Logistics to support supply chain and warehouse operations within a leading healthcare environment. This role involves receiving, inventory management, distribution, and logistics coordination while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service levels across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory control of materials.
Support transportation, warehousing, and records management activities.
Process high-volume requests via phone, email, and internal systems.
Investigate and resolve invoice, shipment, and delivery discrepancies.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for issue resolution.
Assist with returns, expediting orders, and tracking shipments.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity.
Follow safety, compliance, and regulatory standards including handling sensitive or hazardous materials.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
1–2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
Basic understanding of accounting or invoice processes.
Experience handling inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics coordination.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work night shifts (Sunday–Thursday).
Valid Driver’s License (may be required for some duties).
Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
