This role is for a versatile, per diem Registered Nurse in the Southeast region, delivering patient care across various departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health. The position necessitates upholding professional accountability, coordinating patient care, and aligning with the organization's mission and service standards. Candidates must possess an active RN license, relevant bedside experience, and necessary certifications based on their specialty, along with the ability to work different shifts and locations.

Incentives:

• $40/hour + Variable Shift Incentive

• W-2 Employee Status

• Minimum of 12 hours every 90 days

• Maximum of 30 hours per week (Sunday to Saturday)

Position Overview:

Are you looking for a flexible Registered Nurse position with incentives? You can choose between day or night shifts based on your preference! There are no mandatory weekend, holiday, or shift requirements. Participation in the Gig Nursing Program entails being responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours, being available on short notice, and being adaptable to last-minute shift cancellations. Please note that the Gig Nursing Program does not guarantee shift hours and will be prioritized for cancellations.

Qualifications:

Required Education:

Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.

Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure:

Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment and meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Experience:

At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Medical-Surgical roles. For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent specialty-specific bedside RN experience is required.

Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic software.

Certifications:

For Medical-Surgical, Behavioral Health, and Women's Health - Basic Life Support (BLS)

For Critical Care - BLS, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

For Emergency Department - BLS, ACLS, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Additional certifications may be required post-hire.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves regularly pushing, pulling, and/or lifting up to 50 pounds.

Prolonged standing and walking are required during each shift.

Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat is necessary to perform job duties.
