Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A healthcare facility in Aurora, CO, is seeking a Mammography Technologist with strong screening and diagnostic experience to join their team on a contract basis starting in mid-January. This role involves operating mammography imaging equipment to support patient diagnostics and care.
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports.
- Ensure equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
- Provide compassionate patient care and education throughout the imaging process.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- ARRT (M) certification required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proven experience in mammography screening and diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and patient-focused approach.
