Compensation: $60,000 – $120,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Schaumburg to drive growth and expand our market footprint.
The Role
This is a hybrid position that balances office collaboration, remote flexibility, and essential field time to engage with clients face-to-face. You will be the engine of our growth—identifying new opportunities, pitching tailored logistics solutions, and closing high-value contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue: Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple industries.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with their supply chain needs.
Strategic Sales: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Consultative Selling: Develop and deliver professional presentations; negotiate contracts that benefit both the client and the organization.
Collaborate: Partner with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
Industry Expertise: Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is strongly preferred.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
Communication Pro: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to work independently, manage your own field schedule, and contribute to long-term growth strategies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
