A 1099 contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide telehealth services within a school setting. This role offers the flexibility to deliver specialized behavioral support remotely while working with a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Provide ongoing telehealth ABA therapy and consultation to students.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of behavior strategies.
- Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain professional documentation and comply with relevant ethical and regulatory standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings.
- Proficiency in delivering telehealth behavioral services.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
