Return Associate
Role Summary:
Return Associates inspect garments and other products returned from customers to ensure the quality is up to standard to be resold.
Responsibilities:
- Identify visual and olfactory defects in returned garments and other products.
- Handle and inspect various materials.
- Work efficiently to meet production standards.
- Correctly refund customers using FDM4
- Other tasks and deemed necessary to ensure customer compliance, safety, and all company rules, policies and guidelines are met.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand up to 8 - 12 hours at a time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy is necessary
- Must be able to read and understand English
- Good communication.
- An ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- The ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptability
