Position Overview:
Were seeking a driven and entrepreneur-minded Relationship Development Managerto join our growing team. Youll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in your territory. If youre a hunter with a heartsomeone who thrives in fast-paced environments and believes in a white-glove service approachthis role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct site walks and prepare service proposals for inspections, testing, and monitoring across our suite of offerings (extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms, fire pumps, generators etc.)
- Present and position FireCloud as a differentiating value-add to prospective clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and procurement teams
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and activity KPIs
- Partner with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in fire life safety, building services, or B2B service industries
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Self-starter with high accountability and a team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of local fire codes, NFPA standards, or life safety regulations is a plus
