Construction Assembler
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Pay range: $20 to $23 per hour
Hours: First Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Position Overview: As a Construction Assembler, you will be a key member of our Assembly team, building seals and shelters that meet our high-quality standards. Success in this role means assembling products accurately according to specifications, working safely with hand and power tools, and contributing to a productive team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assemble seals or shelters according to instructions and quality specifications
Utilize hand and power tools including saws, drills, nail guns, and utility knives
Cut wood and other materials to specified dimensions using measurement tools
Follow production job packets to determine required materials and specifications
Pull, verify, and stage production materials for assigned jobs
Package finished products for shipment or customer pickup according to guidelines
Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of completed units
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily production targets

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/32"
Ability to use hand and power tools, table saws, and pneumatic equipment
Prior experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a plu
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Attention to detail and quality
Ability to work safely with tools and equipment
Team-oriented mindset
Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and perform hands-on work
