BMW of West St. Louis is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager / Business Manager to join our award-winning team. We are looking for a driven, professional, and customer-focused individual with a proven track record of success in automotive F&I.

Responsibilities:

• Present financing and insurance products to customers in a clear and professional manner.

• Work closely with sales staff to maximize dealership profitability while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Secure financing through multiple lenders and maintain strong lender relationships.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Process paperwork accurately and efficiently.

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive F&I Manager (required).

• Proven track record of achieving sales and performance goals.

• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
