A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Benefit Customer Service Representatives. The role would be working for a major healthcare company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Customer Service Representative Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $19/hr

  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Customer Service Representative Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

  • The required availability for this position is full time with flexible scheduling options (split shifts available)

  • Work From Home flexibility available after successful training, if criteria are met

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls to assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans

  • Provide information on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Offer solutions to help simplify members’ healthcare experience

  • Service a variety of clients and call types in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Adhere to HIPAA and government compliance requirements

  • Successfully complete a comprehensive 6-week training program (virtual, interactive, and hands-on)

Customer Service Representative Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers (call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience)

  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications

  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Customer Service Representative Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask

  • Patience, empathy, and ability to build customer confidence

  • Strong telephone etiquette and professionalism

  • 6+ months of healthcare experience is a plus
