Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant (English/Spanish) – Madison, WI

Kunes Auto Group is actively hiring a Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant in Madison, WI to support our expanding customer base. Compensation & Schedule:
- $15/hour base pay plus unit bonuses
- First-year average: $50,000–$75,000
- Top performers earn $100,000–$120,000+ annually
- 45-hour work week with two days off
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle buying process
- Build relationships and deliver a consultative automotive sales experience
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, options, and financing
- Negotiate pricing and close vehicle sales
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business
- Maintain accurate CRM records and stay up to date on inventory and promotions
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent
