What You’ll Do
As a Kitchen Shift Lead, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates efficiently and effectively. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising kitchen staff during your shift to maintain a high standard of performance.
- Overseeing food preparation and ensuring all dishes meet our quality and presentation standards.
- Managing the flow of kitchen operations, including inventory checks, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assisting with training and mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Communicating with management to address any operational challenges or improvements.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience working in a kitchen environment, with a solid understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team and maintain efficiency during busy shifts.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism and composure.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and positive work environment.
