A K-12 educational institution located in Nellis AFB, NV, is seeking a licensed professional to provide school psychology services via telehealth. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and focuses on delivering prehensive psychological assessments, counseling, and intervention planning to support students' academic and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities include conducting psychoeducational evaluations, collaborating with educators and families, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), implementing mental health interventions, and providing crisis intervention as needed. The role requires effective munication skills and the ability to work remotely while maintaining confidentiality and pliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience with telehealth service delivery in educational settings
- Familiarity with K-12 student developmental and learning needs
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and intervention strategies
