Job DescriptionSila has an exciting opportunity to work with our Provo team in supporting our brands nationally. The Brand Ambassador / Team Lead will learn from and work with the Office Manager in the daily and strategic operations in support of our Inside Sales Operation that supports the overall HVAC operations of the company. The Brand Ambassador will be a valued player in support of the company’s growth.

Requirements:Stellar customer service skillsHigh levels of personal energy, honesty, empathy, and self-motivationGood listening skills with ability to solve customer concerns to overcome purchasing objectionsPatience when answering questions and assisting agentsAbility to work within a structured environment that is goal-orientedProficient in Service TitanProficient in Zoho products, especially CRM & DeskExcellent knowledge of the Five9 systemPrior direct sales experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentJob Types: 11:30-7 (Close) with a 30-minute Lunch. Minimum 35 hours a week.
