Pure Naturals is a wholesale company for natural ingredients including cosmetic ingredients, fine chemicals, natural dyes, pharmaceutical intermediates, and food additives. We’re currently seeking a qualified sales representative to help market and sell products. The sales representative will possess a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and successfully closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can identify potential customers, initiate email correspondence, conduct phone & conference calls, give presentations, and attend networking events and trade shows.
Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
- Serve customers by selling products and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify prospects, schedule appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are met and company standards are maintained.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, delivery schedules, and industry trends.
- Assist in social media marketing.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Prior sales experience.
- Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel to customer events.
Work Hours & Benefits:
- 8:30am-5:30pm.
