- Conduct 50-100 outbound sales calls daily to generate leads
- Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and more
- Build lasting customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Prepare and deliver customized insurance quotes
- Consistently meet or exceed production and sales targets
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven outbound sales experience is required
- Self-starter with strong drive to succeed
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
- Competitive mindset with resilience to overcome objections
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing ability
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (licensure course costs covered by us)
