About the Company
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Export Compliance Officer to join our team. This full-time role focuses on ensuring compliance with import and export regulations, including ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations). The successful candidate will oversee compliance processes, manage export licenses, and ensure accurate documentation for shipments.

Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance processes and manage export licenses.
- Ensure accurate documentation for shipments.
- Review shipments to safeguard sensitive technologies.
- Process urgent exports and troubleshoot compliance risks.
- Shape company-wide processes related to compliance.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance communication skills.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working with ITAR and EAR-regulated goods.
- A solid understanding of ITAR, EAR, and other import/export regulations.
- A keen eye for detail to catch any compliance hiccups.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations or the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package
85,000 and up
