Job DescriptionChildren’s Therapy Place is excited to expand our services and welcome Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to our Meridian team.
CTP is a full-service outpatient pediatric therapy practice with locations across the Treasure and Magic Valleys. Our multidisciplinary team provides speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health counseling, ABA, and developmental disability services to empower children and families to live their best lives.We believe children are infinitely capable—and we’re looking for team members who share that vision.
THE RBT ROLEAs an RBT at Children’s Therapy Place, you will provide 1:1 behavior therapy for children and adolescents with autism and related developmental needs. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based, compassionate care.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–21 in the clinic, home, and community
- Track behavior and skill-building progress through daily data collection
- Support clients using BCBA-designed treatment and behavior support plans
- Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Promote positive skill development, independence, and emotional regulation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Current RBT credential or willingness to complete RBT training (40 hours) before start
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs preferred
- Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Ability to meet Idaho DHW background check and RBT certification requirements
