Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits in clear terms
Process policy changes including renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
Assist clients with billing questions, payments, and account updates
Provide support throughout the claims process and coordinate with adjusters
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in agency systems
Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products
Ensure compliance with company policies and state insurance regulations
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and document management
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (associates or bachelors degree preferred)
Previous customer service experience (insurance experience a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
State insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
