- Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and follow all electrical and OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Electrical Lead, Shop Manager, and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and help refine assembly methods and shop processes.

- Ability to work with welders, fabricators, and other skilled trades on custom builds.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- A dynamic environment where every project is different—no repetitive assembly line work.
- Exposure to a wide range of equipment and processes in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
- A collaborative, team‑oriented culture with monthly lunches, birthday celebrations, and strong camaraderie.
- Real opportunities to grow your skills, earn new responsibilities, and advance your career.
- Competitive pay, full benefits, and paid time off.
