Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated general laborer for an upcoming project. The laborer will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the site is maintained efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Perform site cleanup to maintain a tidy and safe environment.
- Operate a scrubber on finished slabs, including filling and emptying the scrubber.
- Manage signage by building stands, ensuring signs remain upright, and replacing them if necessary.
- Wash windows both inside and out, utilizing a boom lift as required.
- Rework the parking lot by moving jersey barriers and running ropes between cones.
- Sweep and remove trash to ensure cleanliness.
Essential Skills
- Experience in construction, general labor, and site cleanup.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous commercial construction experience or final clean experience is required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.

Work Environment
The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
