- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently by employing problem-solving skills.
- Provide product information and assist customers with their orders or service inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products and services to enhance customer experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations gracefully.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
