Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently by employing problem-solving skills.
  • Provide product information and assist customers with their orders or service inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products and services to enhance customer experience.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations gracefully.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
