Job Title: Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: West Omaha, NE
Duration: 3–6 months (with potential for extension)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary assignment in West Omaha. The ideal candidate will have experience with three-way matching and a strong understanding of AP processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely

  • Resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders

  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments

  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting

  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audits

  • Support other accounting functions as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

  • Strong understanding of three-way matching

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with high-volume invoice processing

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
