Active Registered Respiratory Tech (RRT) license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 6 months of recent acute care hospital experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, & PALS certifications
- CRT or NBRC credentials
- Preferred: Meditech experience, PICU/NICU background
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory treatments, ventilator setup, and assist intubations
- Perform ABGs, patient and staff education, and all RT therapies across multiple units
- Ensure effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
- Demonstrate autonomy and adaptability in high-stakes environments
