Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. The role involves loading and unloading machines and hoppers with animal feed, filling bags, and ensuring they are sealed properly. You will be responsible for manually loading bags weighing up to 70 lbs and palletizing them efficiently. Additionally, you will utilize pallet jacks to move materials around the warehouse as needed and maintain cleanliness in the production and warehouse areas.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload machines and hoppers with animal feed.
- Fill bags and place them on the sticking line for sealing.
- Manually load and palletize bags weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Use pallet jacks to allocate materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness of the production and warehouse areas.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production, general labor, or packaging.
- Proficiency in inspection, forklift operation, assembly, and machine operation.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least 6 months of general labor experience requiring lifting of up to 70 lbs.
- Willingness to be on feet throughout the day.

Work Environment
The work environment is an open production area, which can be cold in the winter and warm in the summer. Noise levels may require the use of hearing protection. Expect clothing to get dirty while handling bags each day.

This is a Contract position based out of Billings, Montana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
