### Exciting Opportunity for CT Technologist!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Profession: Radiology / Cardiology\n- Specialty: CT Tech\n\nPosition Highlights:\n\n- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a hospital setting with trauma experience.\n- Hospital Size: Must have experience in a facility with over 500 beds.\n- Scanner Experience: Proficiency in GE and Siemens FORCE scanners is a MUST.\n \nShift Details:\n\n- Type: 12-hour shifts (08:45 - 21:15)\n- Schedule: Work every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)\n \nPatient Care: \n\n- Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics\n- Daily Census: 150-200 scans\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Perform CT scans in the emergency department.\n- Handle routine ED patients, Code Stroke, and Level II trauma cases.\n- Utilize Siemens FORCE and GE machines to execute various CT procedures, including:\n - Abdomen and Pelvis\n - Chest, Head/Neck, Spine, Musculoskeletal\n - Advanced procedures like Brain Perfusions and Coronary CTA\n \nTechnical Skills:\n\n- Required Skills:\n - Image Display and Post Processing\n - Radiation Safety and contrast media administration\n - Starting peripheral IVs and venipuncture\n \n- Preferred Skills:\n - Experience with PACS systems and outpatient care\n\nUnique Features:\n\n- Fast-Paced Environment: Thrilling work in the emergency department with multiple cases handled daily.\n- Team Collaboration: Work with a dynamic team of professionals, including 4-5 techs on first shift.\n \nCertifications:\n\n- Required: ARRT (R)(CT), BLS\n- Preferred: Additional certifications in related fields\n\nOrientation:\n\n- Comprehensive 48-hour orientation to kickstart your adventure in a new environment.\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \n\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
