Our client is a leading connectivity company and cable operator serving consumers and businesses nationwide under a well-known brand. The organization operates at large scale across multiple states and offers internet, television, and voice services to millions of customers. It maintains a significant national presence and continues to invest in network and technology to deliver reliable services.

Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Record and report release and deployment request metrics to track alignment with SLAs and release schedules.
- Coordinate documentation, communications, and training for releases and ensure final steps of release and deployment plans are completed.
- Manage and optimize flow of work products using Program Boards, Chalk Pages, Kanban Boards, and custom JIRA dashboards.
- Aggregate team-level metrics into program-level reporting views.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-application, cross-department, and cross-function releases.
Experience Requirements:
- Proficiency in release scheduling and coordination within an SDLC environment.
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a holistic and systems-thinking approach.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables with high attention to detail.
- Self-starter with strong motivation and accountability.
- Demonstrated learning mindset and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience using SharePoint.
- Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor with discretion.
- Ability to engage effectively with business leaders and technologists across varied backgrounds and expertise.
Education Requirements:
- BA/BS in Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
