What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls and respond to emails ensuring timely follow-up on every interaction
  • Provide accurate details about invoices, billing, and account management
  • Process cancellations, reinstatements, and work to retain customers when possible
  • Document customer interactions and schedule tasks to keep accounts up to date
  • Utilize third-party portals and systems to support smooth account servicing
  • Organize and manage administrative responsibilities such as inbox management and departmental projects

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center or administrative setting
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to connect and resolve
  • High attention to detail, plus top-notch problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in data entry, word processing, and basic spreadsheets
  • Flexibility to multitask, prioritize, and keep pace with changing processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
