Job Title: Electrical Superintendent – Traveling

About the Role:

Pioneer Electric Group is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Superintendent with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the electrical field, including at least 5 years in a superintendent role, to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects.

This senior-level position requires:

  • Strong technical knowledge and field expertise
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • The ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee complex electrical installations from start to finish

Responsibilities:

  • Direct all on-site electrical operations and personnel.
  • Lead and manage crews with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and field leadership to maintain schedules and resolve issues.
  • Oversee material handling, equipment use, and job site logistics.
  • Conduct inspections, enforce quality standards, and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Mentor and train journeymen and apprentices to build a strong workforce.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of electrical field experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Deep knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and industry standards.
  • Strong track record managing crews on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel for extended assignments in Georgia (housing provided).
  • Valid driver’s license required; journeyman or master electrician license preferred.
