We’re about to open our brand-new location and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to help build and lead a winning team from day one.
Position Summary:
As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help launch a brand-new restaurant. You’ll play a hands-on role in hiring, training, and developing our opening team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is your chance to help shape the culture and success of BurgerFi Athens from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee pre-opening operations, including team recruitment, training, and setup

Lead and inspire staff to provide top-tier service and uphold BurgerFi quality standards

Manage scheduling, labor controls, inventory, and ordering

Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Build strong community relationships to establish our brand in Athens

Monitor and analyze financial performance to achieve revenue and cost goals

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications:

2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast-casual or quick-service experience preferred)

Proven leadership and team-building skills, especially in a new opening environment

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Experience with inventory control, cost management, and scheduling

ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
