Job Description
We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for one of our large clients who is in commercial real estate. This is not a remote job.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports</li>
<li>Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets</li>
<li>Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements</li>
<li>Create new processes to improve financial efficiency</li>
<li>Report analysis and findings to management team</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in accounting or other related fields</li>
<li>Experience in commercial real estate</li>
<li>Using Yardi software. This will put you at the front of candidates</li>
<li>Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools</li>
<li>Detail and deadline-oriented - we do not like to micromanage</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li>
