About the Opportunity

We are building a talent pipeline for future Relationship Guide openings across the bank. This front-line, customer-facing role is dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience, supporting basic banking needs, processing transactions, and helping customers understand available products, services, and digital tools.If you thrive on relationship-building, problem-solving, and providing exceptional service, we encourage you to share your interest for future opportunities.

As a Relationship Guide You Will

  • Create a personalized, responsive, and convenient experience for every customer.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand needs and recommend solutions.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and thorough service across all interaction points.
  • Learn and promote the organization's full suite of products and services, highlighting benefits tailored to customer needs.
  • Educate customers on digital banking tools, including online banking navigation and feature support.
  • Process a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and official checks.
  • Manage account-related tasks such as stop payments, disputes, debit card orders, and PIN resets.
  • Follow all cash handling, security, and operational procedures.
  • Support additional duties as assigned, contributing to a team environment and smooth day-to-day operations.

Growth Opportunities

Promotion into the Relationship Guide II position can happen after the completion of 6 months of employment. We are committed to supporting long-term career development. Relationship Guides often grow into roles such as:

  • Senior Relationship Guide and Supervisor roles
  • Assistant Manager or Branch Manager positions
  • Opportunities in back-office operations support, compliance, business banking, or lending tracks

What you bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0–2 years of customer service experience (cash handling preferred)
  • Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Relationship-focused approach with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Dependability, adaptability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to count and manage large amounts of cash and coin
  • Basic computer proficiency and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with professionalism and integrity
  • Interest in growing in a sales environment

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

  • Occasional movement around the office to access files and equipment
  • Frequent use of computers and office equipment (calculator, copier, printer)
  • Flexibility to work at different branch locations as needed
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
