Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient | Lubbock, TX


We’re seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our highly rated and well-supported outpatient care team in Lubbock, Texas. This is a great opportunity for a confident, team-oriented provider who thrives in a fast-paced, full-spectrum primary care environment.


Position Highlights

  • Outpatient only – no inpatient or hospital call duties
  • Monday–Friday schedule – no weekends, no call
  • Epic EMR with Dragon & DAX
  • Year-round triage RN service
  • Onsite imaging & lab: X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, echocardiography
  • Broad patient population: infants, pediatrics, women’s health, chronic disease management
  • Onsite specialties (select days): Cardiology, Psychiatry, Midwifery, Orthopedics
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $281,000–$400,000/year

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) to practice in Texas
  • Valid DEA license
  • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-residency experience preferred
  • Suboxone waiver preferred
