We are seeking a technically capable Account Coordinator to support our network of dealers, distributors, and outside sales representatives. Responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer and outside sales representative orders
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, including:
- Product availability, lead times, and pricing
- Order status, tracking information, and returns
- Manage existing orders and proactively communicate lead time updates
- Receive and process inventory within a cloud based ERP system
- Partner with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and improve processes
Qualifications
- Basic computer literacy with an understanding of cloud based ERP systems.
- Strong written communication skills with a professional, customer focused tone.
- Intermediate Excell proficiency (spreadsheets, formulas, sorting, and data organization).
- Confident phone presence and ability to work directly with customers and sales partners.
- Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Hours and Pay
- M-F (full-time)
- $25-$28 per hour
