Williston Basin Eyecare Associates is looking for an Associate Optometrist (OD) to join our established, community-focused private practice in Williston, North Dakota.

Full-Time or Part-Time — Let's Find the Right Fit

We're open to finding the schedule that works for the right OD.

Our full-time opportunity offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. We're also interested in a part-time Associate Optometrist for 2–3 days per week, with a particular need for Monday, Thursday, and Friday coverage.

Practice Full-Scope Optometry

You'll have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while practicing across a broad range of clinical needs, including:

  • Comprehensive eye examinations
  • Medical and vision care
  • Diagnosis and management of ocular disease
  • Dry eye treatment
  • Post-operative care
  • Foreign body removal and specialty services
  • Collaborative patient care with an experienced clinical team

Our clinic is designed to give providers the technology and support they need to focus on patient care.

The practice includes:

  • 10 fully equipped exam lanes
  • OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography)
  • OPTOMAP retinal imaging
  • Wavefront topography
  • Visual field testing
  • Automated refraction systems
  • Dedicated para-optometric technicians

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time Associates receive a competitive base salary plus production bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
